Request account and data deletion
We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your EDScan account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including saved products and scan history, will be permanently removed.
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
Open the EDScan app, go to your Profile, and tap the "Delete Account" button.
Send an email to us with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your EDScan account.
Request Account Deletion via EmailAccount deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
